Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
What is the scheme ?
The scheme is designed to provide a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.
How long have Hughes Jenkins been members?
Since XXXXXX we have been members of the CQS scheme administered by The Law Society and launched in 2011.
What does it say about the firm?
Membership illustrates that Hughes Jenkins Solicitors have a level of credibility with stakeholders such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers.
How does the scheme benefit our clients?
As an accredited firm we have had to evidence a high standard of working practice and implement a number of fraud prevention measures designed to protect our clients.
A firm that does not hold the CQS accreditation...
May not have these measures in place and are viewed as more of a risk. Because of this many lenders charge additional fees when clients instruct a firm of solicitors who are not CQS accredited.
Hughes Jenkins Solicitors are accredited
As a residential conveyancing client of Hughes Jenkins Solicitors, not only do clients get the benefit of our fraud prevention measures and high standards of working practices, but also no additional fees from their lender.
