Residential Conveyancer

We are looking to appoint a full-time Residential Conveyancer to join our growing Conveyancing department.

As a Conveyancer in the department you will be responsible for your own caseload, working and developing under the supervision of our Head of Conveyancing. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong conveyancing background who is looking to develop in a busy department.

In joining an established department that is continuing to grow, the successful applicant will manage a full and varied caseload of property transactions. The ideal person will be expected to handle such matters as Transfers of Equity; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties. As we receive a variety of instructions from our clients, experience in the following areas would also be beneficial: New Builds; Shared Ownership; Auction sales; Right and Help to Buy schemes.

Candidates should have 1+ Years’ PQE as a Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor, Residential Property Conveyancing Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex residential conveyancing caseloads (The PQE above is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from those with less PQE).
